Hydrema becomes Support Company in InterForce

Today, Jan Werner Jensen, CEO and owner, signed an agreement that ties Hydrema more closely to the Danish defence.

With the Support Membership of InterForce, Hydrema demonstrates its commitment to supporting employees in the defence and home guard, and to contributing to the overall resilience of society.

"We want to send a signal that we support our employees and Danish society," says Jan Werner Jensen, at the signing ceremony.

At the same occasion, Hydrema received the distinctive InterForce shield, which will now have a visible place in Hydremas headquarters.

InterForce is a network that strengthens cooperation between the Danish defence and the civilian business community, especially in relation to employees with dual affiliation. The organisation works to ensure that Danish companies support employees who also serve in uniform - whether in the Home Guard, the Danish Emergency Management Agency, the Coastal Rescue Service or in the reserves.

A supporting membership in InterForce means that the company commits to giving employees in uniform up to five days off with pay per year. This is a concrete contribution to ensuring that Denmark has a well-functioning emergency response - both in everyday life and in crisis situations.

Hydrama's supporting membership signifies our commitment to supporting a flexible framework for employees who serve both in uniform and on the factory floor.
